This is a photo of FAO Schwarz’s life-size stuffed animals.

FAO Schwarz is located on 58th Street and 5th Ave.  This famous toy store is a spectular and fun place to take the kids, or even for you.

This is a photo of my husband Tony in FAO Schwarz posing with the giant pink beagle puppies.

This is a photo of St. Patrick’s Cathedral.

St. Patrick’s Cathedral is the largest Roman Catholic cathedral in the United States.   Although there is no museum quality to the visit, it is well worth the trip all the same.  My husband and I really enjoyed the time we spent there.  Occasionally you may catch mass or like we did a choir performing for anyone who is interested.  The church is full of awesome sculptures and stained glass windows.  You are permitted to take pictures but some of the cathedral has restrictions on photography.  When you enter try and be quiet as you may not know what is going on inside!

The church is located on 50th and 5th Avenue and is within walking distance of the Subway.  There is no admission fee but a donation is encouraged, especially if you light a candle.

The Empire State Building is definitely an amazing sight to go see.  My husband Tony and I did not get a chance to go to the Observatory Deck, but we would like to the next time we are in NYC.   I have heard there is nothing like the view from the top.  For more information about taking a trip to the Empire State Building, check out the Official Internet Site
